Before you can buy our products at wholesale, you will need to print the following forms and complete them. Don't forget to sign them all:
1. A signed copy of your sales tax exemption certificate issued by your state
2. Our credit card authorization form completed and signed
3. Maverick Hats dealer application completed

We usually have next day shipping on in-stock items once you have been approved as a dealer. Our terms are prepay by money order or credit card in advance of shipment on all first orders. NO COD.
